Perfect for all outdoor lovers, Milford State Park boasts having 16,000 acres located on the southeast shore of the state’s largest lake. As such, Milford is a great spot for avid fisherman; the lake is teeming with walleye, crappie, largemouth bass, white bass, catfish and smallmouth bass, to name a few! Visitors also enjoy photographing wildlife on the 19,000-acre wildlife-specific area on the west side and upper end of the reservoir. This part of the park has a variety of diverse habitats that support many varieties of birds, mammals, reptiles and aquatic life.
